Q (1): Is the application for Pre-Nursery (PN) class made on a first-come-first-served basis?
A: Applications are not considered on a first come first serve basis. Interviews will be arranged for parents who have submitted the e-application for applicants of an eligible age within the application period for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Q (2): How do I apply for the Nursery Class (K1) for the 2022-2023 school year?
A: We will not enroll new Nursery Class (K1) students for the 2022-2023 school year. If parents are interested, please submit the e-preliminary record, we will contact the parents when a vacancy arises. Please note that the e-preliminary record is for record purposes only and is not equivalent to submitting an application form.
Q (3): My child was born in September 2020, can I apply for my child in advance?
A: For children who were born on the 1st of September 2020 or after, please visit our website in September 2022 for admission information for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Q (4): How do I know if the school has received my e-application form?
A: When parents have completed the application procedure, a confirmation letter with an application number will be displayed. This means parents have submitted the e-application form. Please print or save the confirmation letter for your own record.
Q (5): How are confirmation letters issued?
A: Upon completion of the application procedure, a confirmation letter will be displayed on the computer screen. The application system will also send a confirmation letter to the email address(es) provided by parents on the e-application form on the same day. Please make sure the email address(es) entered on the e-application form is correct. Please print or save the confirmation letter for your own record.
Q (6): The computer screen indicates that my application has been submitted, and I have obtained the application number. However, I did not receive the confirmation letter via email? What should I do?
A: This may be due to the following reasons:
(1) Your email system has wrongly categorized the confirmation letter email as spam mail and has sent it to the spam email folder.
Please check the email spam folder and ensure that the email address “firstname.lastname@example.org” has been added to your safety email list.
(2) Technical problem in the email servers.
Please email email@example.com and quote the applicant’s name, Date of Birth, birth certificate registration number and application number. We will confirm with parents whether we have received your application and if the email address(es) provided on the application form is correct.
(3) Incorrectly entered your email address on the application form.
(4) Other technical problem.
Q(7): I have lost the information on the confirmation letter, what should I do?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the applicant’s name, Date of Birth, birth certificate registration number. We will confirm and resend the confirmation letter.
Q (8): I have already submitted the e-application form but I would like to amend the information on the form, how should I notify the school?
A: For any queries or revision of application information, please email email@example.com quoting the applicant’s name, Date of Birth, birth certificate registration number and application number. We will confirm your changes via email once we have received and made the amendments on our record.
