Victoria Kindergarten was relocated to 32 Hing Fat Street, Causeway Bay, and was renamed Causeway Bay Victoria Nursery.

Chief Principal, Dr. Maggie Koong returned from the USA with a double degree in Psychology and Education, and joined Victoria Kindergarten.

The Curriculum Team was established to promote curriculum development.

Former New York State Senator and Chairman of the Senate Education Committee, Mr. James Donovan, visited our campus.

Our campus expanded to a 5-storey building, with the establishment of the International Kindergarten on the 2nd floor.

Grand opening of Causeway Bay Kai Fong Welfare Advance Association and Causeway Bay Victoria International Kindergarten. The opening was officiated by former Financial Secretary, Sir Piers Jacobs.

Former Governor of Hong Kong, Lord Christopher Patten, accompanied former British Prime Minister, Baroness Margaret Thatcher, to visit our campus.
