Paper cutting is one of the traditional Chinese folk art techniques, with its unique cultural connotation and artistic expression, it occupies a vital position in the intangible cultural heritage of China as well as of the world.
In just 1.5 hours, the instructor, Miss Li, taught the participants basic techniques such as "cutting to connect", "cutting to break", "skeleton", and other basic techniques such as modeling and decorating, and framing. The children also tried to cut out different patterns!
